Location: Texas Panhandle / Amarillo & Surrounding Communities
Duties: Working under general supervision, provides service in residential and commercial sales, as well as installing various alarm systems in both residential and business facilities. Assists potential customers in understanding security/alarm/surveillance needs and components, and 1), matching those needs to Pinnacle Protection's existing packages or 2), devising a custom design/package for the customer.
Runs cable (including in appropriate enclosures, through walls, etc.), calibrates and installs control panels, monitoring sensors, surveillance cameras and related equipment.
Skills, Training & Experience: At least two years experience in selling and installing security alarm systems, or a closely related sales and technical field. Excellent sales ability, and superlative customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. Must possess good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals. Ability to: work independently or in a team; work in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time; and be transparently responsible to company management.
